Varisoft EQ 65 is a cationic emulsifier and conditioning agent commonly used in personal care and cosmetic formulations. Varisoft EQ 65 is a blend of two key components: Distearoylethyl Dimonium Chloride (a cationic surfactant) and Cetearyl Alcohol (a fatty alcohol).
