Polyquaternium-11 (PQ-11 or Polyquat 11) is a cationic, water-soluble conditioning polymer widely used in hair care and personal care formulations. It forms a clear, flexible, non-tacky film on hair and skin, providing conditioning, antistatic, styling, and film-forming benefits. It is highly compatible with nonionic, anionic, and amphoteric surfactants. It’s supports film forming polymers to do better.
