Iron Oxide Blue Pigment
A finely milled inorganic pigment used to impart blue coloration in coatings, plastics, cosmetics, and construction materials. When combined with iron oxides, it enhances tone depth and shade control.
BENEFIT
- High-Energy Visible (HEV) Light Defense: Pigments and complexes containing iron and mineral structures help absorb and scatter visible light, including blue light from digital screens and the sun, which assists in preventing visible light-induced hyperpigmentation.
- Vibrant and Safe Coloring: It delivers deep, stable blue hues for eye shadows, eyeliners, and specialized color-correction cosmetics without fading or migrating.
- Chemical Stability: Like standard iron oxides, blue mineral-based pigments are chemically inert, light-fast, and resistant to pH shifts during wear.
