Description

Hydrogenated Castor Oil is a clear to slightly hazy, viscous liquid ranging from colorless to pale yellow. It has mild surface-active properties and is highly effective at solubilizing essential oils, fragrances, vitamins, and other oil-soluble ingredients into water-based formulations. It also functions as an emulsifier, wetting agent, and dispersing agent, improving product clarity, stability, and texture.

APPLICATION: Cosmetics & Personal Care( Lipsticks, lip balms, foundations, deodorant sticks, mascara, creams, lotions, anhydrous systems, eyeshadows, pencils).

USAGE RATE:0.5–20%.

pH RANGE: ~5.5–7.0

SOLUBILITY: Insoluble in water, soluble in hot organic solvents.
