D-PANTHENOL (PROVITAMIN B5)
A well known active ingredient for skin hydration and also for providing moisture to the skin and hair. D-Panthenol Powder is the biologically active (dextrorotatory) form of panthenol, also known as Provitamin B5. It is a water-soluble vitamin derivative that converts to pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) in the skin and hair. D-Panthenol is widely used in cosmetic and personal care formulations for its excellent moisturizing, soothing, skin-conditioning, and hair-conditioning properties. It helps improve skin hydration, strengthens the skin barrier, and enhances hair softness, shine, and elasticity.

Usage Rate: 0.5–5.0% of the total formulation.
