1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
✅ The item is damaged or defective upon arrival (proof required).
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used skincare and cosmetic ingredients.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance.
- Custom or special bulk orders.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 5 hours of purchase if they haven’t been processed for shipping.
